ZSIVERIA, CARNIVAL- Sources report seeing His Imperial Majesty Emperor Richard meeting with Macnbc of MacnBrelly Productions at the studios earlier today.  Though nothing is confirmed, insiders claim the meeting was regarding the production of an infomercial for Emperor Richard's Greatest Hits, a two-CD set, and that it was massively productive for all sides.

Emperor Richard's Greatest Hits is a collection of some popular songs, done in the unique style of an Imperial goldfish.
