EARTH, SOL- Emperor Richard's inter-time relations campaign kicked into
high gear as the Big Three met once again. His Imperial Majesty met today with
United States President Bill Clinton and British Prime Minister Tony Blair to discuss the
state of the world and future universe. Most topics of discussion were based on quality of life, and ranged from the skyrocketing price of French wine to the quality of ground water. Water purity has always been a passion of the Emperor's. Also reported were some favors asked of both world leaders, though details are unknown. |
